Payment Policy

This policy explains how to buy a travel eSIM on our website and how payments are processed.

1. How to buy an eSIM

  • Step 1: Choose the country or region you are travelling to.
  • Step 2: Choose your plan (data allowance and number of days) and add it to your cart.
  • Step 3: At checkout, enter your name and an accurate email address, confirm that your device supports eSIM and is network-unlocked, and accept our Terms of Service.
  • Step 4: Choose a payment method and complete payment on the secure payment page.
  • Step 5: Receive your eSIM QR code and installation instructions by email.

2. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which currently include:

  • international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express);
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay, on supported devices and browsers;
  • PayPal.

Available methods may vary. Payment is made online only; we do not accept cash or bank transfers for website orders.

3. Currency

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) or UAE dirhams (AED), according to the currency you select. Payments are currently processed in Vietnamese dong (VND), and the final VND amount is shown on the payment page before you confirm. Your bank converts it to your card currency and may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly from the price shown on this website.

4. Who collects your payment

Payments for website orders are collected through the payment gateway of our eSIM fulfilment partner, InfiGate, using OnePay (for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. Your bank or PayPal statement may therefore show the name InfiGate, OnePay or a similar merchant name rather than Premium Brands. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us with your order code before raising a dispute with your bank.

5. Payment security

Payments are processed on a secure page operated by our payment partners. Your card details are entered directly on that page and are never seen or stored by Premium Brands.

6. Failed, pending or duplicate payments

If your payment fails, no eSIM is issued and you can try again. If money was taken from your account but you did not receive an order confirmation, or you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with your order code. Any amount charged in error is refunded in full to the original payment method.

7. Payment disputes

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us within 7 days before raising a dispute with your bank, so we can resolve it quickly.

8. Receipts

Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you need an invoice for your company, email esim@pbdisolutions.com with your order code and company details.
