Other brands

Check the settings

Search Settings for “eSIM,” “SIM manager” or “Add mobile plan.” If the option is missing, confirm with the phone manufacturer.

Important: Carrier-locked devices cannot normally use a travel eSIM from another provider. Confirm unlock status before purchasing.
Installation guide

Set up in four careful steps

  1. 01

    Connect to reliable Wi-Fi

Keep the QR code available on another screen or print it. Do not scan it with the normal camera app unless instructed.

  2. 02

    Add the eSIM

Open your phone’s mobile or SIM settings, choose “Add eSIM,” then scan the supplied QR code or enter the activation details manually.

  3. 03

    Name the travel line

Use a clear label such as “Premium Brands Travel.” Keep your normal SIM as the default voice line if you still need calls and messages.

  4. 04

    Connect at your destination

Select the travel eSIM for mobile data, enable the line and switch on data roaming for that eSIM. Leave roaming off on your home SIM.

Quick troubleshooting

If your data does not connect

1

Confirm the eSIM line is switched on and selected for mobile data.

2

Enable data roaming for the travel eSIM only.

3

Turn airplane mode on for 20 seconds, then turn it off.

4

Restart the phone and allow several minutes for network registration.

5

Set network selection to automatic unless support provides a specific network.

6

Check the APN instructions supplied with the plan and contact support before deleting anything.

Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting. Many QR codes can be installed only once. Deleting the profile may prevent reinstallation.
Common questions

Travel eSIM FAQ

What is an eSIM?+

An eSIM is a digital mobile profile installed on a compatible phone. It gives you travel data without replacing your physical SIM card.

When should I install it?+

Install it while you have reliable Wi-Fi, ideally before departure. Keep the travel line switched off until you are ready to use it unless your plan instructions say otherwise.

When does the plan start?+

Activation rules can vary by package. Most travel plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. Always review the selected plan summary.

Can I keep my normal number?+

Yes. You can keep your primary SIM active for calls or messages and use the Premium Brands eSIM for mobile data. Your phone must support dual-SIM operation.

Can I share data with a hotspot?+

Many plans support tethering, although selected unlimited or network-specific packages may restrict it. Confirm the plan conditions before purchase.

What happens if installation fails?+

Do not delete the eSIM. Take screenshots of the error and contact Premium Brands support. Our team will guide you through configuration and technical checks.

Are refunds or replacements available?+

Verified technical faults may qualify for replacement or refund support, subject to plan usage, activation status and the applicable policy. Contact us before deleting the eSIM.
