1. Nature of the service

Premium Brands provides international travel data plans delivered as eSIMs. Our mission is to help travellers stay connected to the internet anytime, anywhere during their journeys, with convenient, flexible and reliable connectivity for every trip.

An eSIM is provided as a QR code and activation details rather than a physical SIM card. eSIMs only work on devices that support eSIM and are not locked to a single mobile network. You can check device compatibility in our Help Centre before you buy.

Most plans are data only and do not include a phone number, calls or SMS unless the plan says otherwise. eSIM profiles and network access are supplied through our fulfilment partner and the mobile networks it works with in each destination.

2. Pricing

Prices vary by destination and by the plan you choose (data allowance and number of days).

Prices are clearly listed on this website in US dollars (USD) or UAE dirhams (AED), together with a description of each plan. Delivery is digital and free of charge.

3. Payment

Payment is made online on a secure payment page operated by our fulfilment partner, InfiGate, as described in our Payment Policy. Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed successfully.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us in writing within 7 days of the charge, with your order code and a description of the issue. We will investigate promptly and in good faith, and refund any amount charged in error.

4. Cancellation and refund

You may cancel your order without any penalty before payment is completed, or before the eSIM QR code has been sent to your email.

Once the eSIM QR code has been sent to your email, the order cannot be cancelled, because the eSIM has been issued to you and cannot be resold.

Refunds are issued only where there is a problem caused by us or our supplier that we are unable to resolve, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy. To protect your rights, please contact us as soon as you encounter any issue while using your eSIM.

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Premium Brands does not cover any fees your bank may charge during the refund process.

5. Using your eSIM

• Each eSIM can be installed and activated only once. If you delete it from your device, it usually cannot be reinstalled. Contact us before deleting an eSIM.
• You must activate the eSIM within 30 days of purchase, unless the plan states otherwise.
• Unless the plan says otherwise, validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination. Days may be counted on a fixed time zone (for example 23:59 GMT+8), as shown in the plan details.
• Coverage and speed depend on local networks and conditions outside our control. Some plans apply fair-use limits or reduce speed after a data threshold, as shown in the plan details.
• eSIMs are intended for smartphones and tablets. Use in Wi-Fi routers or other devices is not guaranteed.
• You must not use the eSIM for any unlawful purpose, or resell it without our written agreement.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed connections or charges from your home mobile operator.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies listed above, form the entire agreement between you and Premium Brands, and replace any earlier agreements or statements about the service. If we do not enforce any provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Abu Dhabi.
