1. Purpose of collecting information

• complete your order and deliver your eSIM;
• send your eSIM QR code, installation instructions and order updates;
• respond to support requests, and arrange replacements and refunds;
• prevent fraud and protect our rights and property;
• improve our products, services and website;
• contact you about other Premium Brands services, only where you have agreed to this.

Your information is kept confidential and protected from unauthorised use. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

2. Information we collect

a. Personal information. When you place an order, we collect:

• full name;
• email address;
• phone number (optional);
• order details, such as the plans you buy and your eSIM details (ICCID and activation codes).

b. Technical information. When you place an order, we record your IP address and browser type to keep orders secure and prevent fraud. Our servers also keep standard logs (such as pages requested and time of access) for system administration and troubleshooting.

c. Payments. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal payments are processed by third-party payment providers on their own secure pages. We do not receive or store your card number or security code.

d. Cookies and device storage. This website stores a small amount of information in your browser so it can work: your cart, your chosen currency and the orders placed on this device. It does not leave your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies; if we add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

e. Email. We use your email address to send your eSIM QR code, installation instructions and order updates. Our email lists are never sold or given to third parties.

3. How long we keep information

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and support, and afterwards for as long as required by law, including tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

4. Who may access your information

• Our staff who handle orders and customer support.
• Our eSIM fulfilment partner (InfiGate), which issues and delivers your eSIM, and the mobile networks in your destination where needed to activate it, including identity checks (eKYC) for plans that require them.
• Payment providers that process your payment through InfiGate's payment gateway (OnePay for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and PayPal).
• Service providers that host this website and send emails for us, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
• A buyer or successor, in the event of a merger or sale of all or part of our business.

Some of these partners process information outside the United Arab Emirates, including in Vietnam and in the country you travel to. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). eSIM details are only shown on this website when the order code and the purchase email match.

No internet transmission is completely secure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to our systems that occurs despite these measures. This website may link to other websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
